Jiangsu Zhongjin Matai Medicinal Packaging Co., Ltd., located in Lianyungang Econ. & Tech. Development Zone, was originally founded in 1987. In 2004, a joint venture with Nihon Matai Co., Ltd was founded under the name of Jiangsu Zhongjin Matai Medicinal Packaging Co., Ltd. After more than twenty years' efforts, Zhongjin Matai has developed into a specialized pharmaceutical packaging company with the broadest product scale and most advanced facilities in China pharmaceutical packaging industry.

With capital assets of 400,000,000 RMB and 90,000 square meters of geographic coverage, Zhongjin Matai has four GMP factories and one packaging material research and development center. More than 60% of Zhongjin employees have university or college diploma.
All the facilities of Zhongjin Matai were imported from Japan, Switzerland. The four GMP factories are supplying different sorts of packaging materials to more than ten industries. Zhongjin Matai's annual production capacity is 9500 metric tons of packaging materials for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, cosmetic and electronic industries. Especially for pharmaceutical packaging industry, we share about 40% of Chinese pharmaceutical packaging market, and now our company is one of the biggest suppliers in Asian Pacific region.

In Lianyungang, we have 4 GMP Factories.

The first factory was established in 1987. All facilities were introduced from Japan, including four single-color printing machines, one Fuji double-color machine, one Fuji coating machine, and three Kataoka slitting machines. The production environment is of 300 thousand grade. The annual production capacity is 3000MT aluminum blister foil.

The second factory was established in 1994. All facilities were transferred from Japan, including one Fuji six-color printing machine, three Totani sachet-making machines, two Kataoka slitting machines, one Fuji laminating machine, and one modern extruder. The production environment is of 300 thousand grade. The annual production capacity is 1500MT different kinds of aluminum laminated soft packaging material.

The third factory was established in 2002. All facilities were transferred from world distinguished machine manufacturers, including one Ceruti (Italy) eight-color grav. printing machine, one Asoma (Germany) eight-color flex. printing machine, one Fuji (Japan) laminating machine, one Samitoto (Japan) co-extruder, two Aisa (Switzerland) tube-making machines, two Kampf (Germany) cutting machines, three Totani (Japan) sachet-making machines, and other necessary facilities for analysis and check-up. The production environment is of 100 thousand grade. The annual production capacity is 5000MT packaging material.

The fourth factory introduced three-layer co-extruder blowers, injectors and other machines, totally 6 sets. The factory environment is of 10000-grade, some parts 100-grade, and all are strictly applied according to GMP standard. The annual production capacity is 8000 thousand square meters of non-PVC film, and 30,000 thousand sets of ports for medical solution pouch.

In Sichuan Province, we have a branch factory of Sichuan Zhongjin Medicinal Packaging Co., Ltd. to serve markets in Southwestern China and overseas.
