Northern Industrial Holdings LLC will demolish and redevelop a former aluminum casting factory near Syracuse, NY.
The Delaware real estate holding company, which redevelops industrial sites, acquired the Oberdorfer foundry in DeWitt, NY from Wre Properties LLC, according to a report by The Post-Standard.
The 17.5 acre site will be redeveloped to accommodate a new manufacturing plant and other commercial operations such as retail and a hotel.
