By becoming a Member, you consent to the inclusion of your personal data in Worldal.com's database and authorize Worldal.com to share such information with other Users and Members. Worldal.com reserves the right to use and reuse all registration and other personally identifiable user information.

User hereby accepts the Privacy Policy and any updates and amendments thereto.     Members may be allotted some telecommunication means including but not limited to email account, audio or visual meeting facilities, making inquiries, etc. The member shall not use these facilities for junk mail, chain letters or spamming or the transmission of any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, indecent, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. User acknowledges that Worldal.com may and has the authority to refuse registration and deny the issuance of Member ID and Password to any User for whatever reason. 
    
    By filling out registration forms, a member is assigned a unique Member ID among member IDs and a password the member chooses for logging in its account. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the member ID and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under that member ID or password. So you must ensure that you exit (log out) from your account at the end of each session. Worldal.com cannot be and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements. 
    
    
    Termination 
    
    These Terms of Use are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Worldal.com. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. Worldal.com also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Worldal.com’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or Worldal.com, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the Terms of Use or otherwise. Worldal.com’s right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this Agreement. 
    
    
    Limitation of Liability

The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited. 
    
    General 
    
    This Agreement and the Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the Member and Worldal.com with respect to and governs the use of the Service, superseding any prior written or oral agreements in relation to the same subject matter herein.
