Today, the Aluminum Association released the North America Aluminum Industry Plant Directory covering the 464 known North American facilities (excluding foundries) known to be in operation as of December 31st, 2011.
This directory is the most recent update to a decade-old directory, last published in 2001.
The directory covers 377 aluminum plants in the United States of America, 54 plants in Canada and 33 plants in Mexico. The directory provides company name, facility location, products and contact information, where available, and includes phone number, fax and website.
The directory is divided into sections: organized alphabetically, by location, and by mill product.
The download cost of North America Aluminum Industry Plant Directory is $50 for Aluminum Association members and $100 for non-members. The directory is also available in DVD format; both the downloadable and DVD versions may be purchased in the Aluminum Association's online bookstore under the "What's New" page at www.aluminum.org/bookstore.
