（RTTNews） - Semi-fabricated aluminum products maker Kaiser Aluminum Corp. （KALU） Monday said that it has completed the previously announced purchase of all the assets of Alexco LLC, a manufacturer of hard alloy extrusions for the aerospace industry based in Chandler, Arizona.
Foothill Ranch, California-based Kaiser Aluminum had announced announced on October 13, 2010, that it has agreed to buy all of the assets of Alexco for about $90 million.
