Noranda Aluminum Closes Public Offering Of 10 Mln Shares At $11.35/Shr

（RTTNews） - Noranda Aluminum Holding Corp. （NOR） Friday said it completed its previously announced public offering of 10 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $11.35 per share. The net proceeds from the offering were approximately $106.2 million after deducting underwriting discounts and the estimated expenses of the offering payable by Noranda. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.5 million additional common shares from Noranda at the public offering price.
