Franklin-based Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation this week announced pricing for its latest stock offering.
The additional 10 million shares will be offered for $11.35 per share. The offering is expected to close Dec. 10. Noranda went public with an initial offering in May, selling 10 million shares at $8 each. The IPO netted $81.6 million for the company, far less than the $250 million it had originally hoped to raise. Noranda announced plans for its latest offering last week.
The company is a North American producer of aluminum products and aluminum coils.
