Alcoa Breaking Out

Shares of Aluminum producer Alcoa （NYSE: AA） are breaking out yestday and are challenging their recent high.

Shares are up 41 cents, or 3.02%, to $13.98. The stock's three-month high is $14.17 reached on November 9th.

Alcoa shares are up 29% over the last three months, but are still down 16% year-to-date.

Century Aluminum （NASDAQ: CENX） is also surging today, up 67 cents, or 4.72%, to $14.86.
