Beachwood, Ohio — Just three months after exiting bankruptcy, privately-held Aleris Corporation has shown increased sales and profits, including those from Coldwater operations.
Volumes increased 22 percent in the third quarter of 2010, compared to the third quarter of 2009, and revenues were $1.1 billion versus $816 million in 2009.
Net income for the third quarter of 2010 was $54 million, compared to a loss of $23 million for the third quarter of 2009.
