Copper climbed for a second day in London on speculation the Federal Reserve will join the Bank of Japan in taking steps to stimulate economic growth, boosting demand for industrial metals.

-- Copper climbed $118.50, or 1.5 percent, to $8,294 a metric ton on the London Metal Exchange at 8:04 a.m. Relative Strength Index 75.
-- Aluminum rose 0.4 percent to $2,389 a ton. RSI 76.
-- Zinc added 1 percent to $2,334 a ton. RSI 68.
-- Lead gained 1.3 percent to $2,340 a ton. RSI 66.
-- Nickel increased 1.5 percent to $25,090 a ton. RSI 77.
-- Tin jumped 2.2 percent to $26,500 a ton. RSI 84.
