London Metal Exchange traders are looking for copper to bounce after its sell-off this week but any attempts to move up "are smaller than they expected," a broker says. Despite the return of China and Japan after holidays this week, consumer buying hasn't yet returned, he adds. LME copper trades at $5,720 a metric ton, up from $5,680/ton overnight but down 3% on the day.
