MARKET TALK: LME Base Metals Consolidate Recent Gains

A period of consolidation for London Metal Exchange base metals "is probably no bad thing" and may help make any further rallies more sustainable, says analyst Will Adams of BaseMetals. Notes he remains positive towards the base metals in the near-term, with the recent buying not expected to dry up. "Indeed with many of the metals having set new highs and with the charts looking good, we feel there is room for further significant gains in the days and weeks ahead," he adds.
