S Korean PPS invite public bidding for aluminium ingots

It is reported that Public Procurement Service of South Korea government will invite public bidding for 8,000 tonnes of aluminum ingots. Among them, 4,000 tons are Western aluminum ingot and another 4,000 tons are non Western. Shipment date should be between from January 1st 2009 and February 27th 2009. The destination port is Inchon.
