Merchant said about 40,000—50,000 ton Chinese aluminum tube arrived in South Korea market by the end of December, and more in early next year. It said aluminum tube tariff is always 8%, but early this month, South Korea Customs Service Department low this tariff to 1%/. This reformation inspires China producers to raise aluminum tube output. A merchant said: “aluminum tube has a better tariff than aluminum ingot, so they all want to import aluminum tube.”
