Russian aluminum exports drop by 23pct YoY

According to data of Russian Federal Customs Service, the country exported 164.8 thousand tonnes of aluminum in January down by 23% YoY.

In addition, the total export figure of aluminum amounted USD 297 million in comparison of USD 361.8 million in the same period of last year. Meanwhile, it’s known that the aluminum products were all sold to the countries outside CIS.
