President Dmitry Medvedev has arrived in Abakan – the capital of the South Siberian republic of Khakassia - where he will preside over Friday’s meeting by the State Council to discuss energy issues.
Before that Medvedev will talk to the workers of the local RUSAL-Sayanogorsk aluminum plant visit the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydro that suffered a serious breakdown in August 2009.
