UC RusAl aluminum shipment by RZD down 16pct in 11 month 2010

Interfax reported that the main enterprises of RusAl shipped 2.447 million tonnes of aluminum by the RZD network in the 11 month period of 2010 which is 16.4% less compared to the same period of 2009.

In the 11 month period of 2010, export totaled 2.297 million tonnes of aluminum shipment in RF 149 900 tonnes. Alumina shipment increased by 17% to 6.828 million tonnes. Import increased by 21.3% to 4.535 million tonnes shipment in RF 2.303 million tonnes.
