LONDON - Rusal, the Russian aluminium giant, plans to list on the main market of the London stock exchange this autumn, a move that will value the group at around 30 bln usd (15 bln stg), the Sunday Times newspaper reported.
Rusal will hold a roadshow in the UK this week, kickstarting one of the biggest flotations in London, it said.
Rusal will have to put at least 25 pct of its equity on to the market to comply with listing requirements, ensuring the float will raise a minimum of 7.5 bln usd, it said.
