Atomstroiexport, Rusal to build NPP, aluminum smelter in Far East

Atomstroiexport and Rusal will jointly build a major power generating and metallurgical enterprise, which will include a nuclear power plant and an aluminum smelter, in the Far East, Atomstroiexport President Sergei Shmatko said at a presentation of the company's bond issue on Thursday.
