Alcoa may buy RusAl roll assets if offered

Alcoa Inc., one of the top three aluminium produces in the world, is interested in expanding its presence in Russia and could buy Russian Aluminum roll assets, Alcoa Russia President William O'Rourke said at the tenth Russian Economic Forum in London.

Alcoa is interested in roll production capacity in Krasnoyarsk territory, he said. No final agreements have been reached yet, he added.

If RusAl was to sell roll production assets, we would buy, he said.
