Enlarged Russian aluminum company may consider IPO

Moscow: The combined company of RUSAL, SUAL, and Glencore is planning to consider the possibility of an IPO, SUAL chief Viktor Vekselberg has told journalists. He did not name any specific dates for the flotation, but specified that the terms would have to be aligned with current market conditions and the internal situation within the company. He also announced that the timeframe for the merger of the three companies remained unchanged.
