RusAl, Russia's mega aluminium producer that is preparing to merge with its smaller sister SUAL and the aluminium interests of Glencore, has announced the appointment of two independent non-executive directors.
Philip Lader, former US ambassador to the UK, and Dr. Nigel Kenny, currently a partner at Sabre Capital International Worldwide Inc, are to join the company's board with immediate effect.
"The appointments of these high profile independent non-executive directors are part of RUSAL's ongoing programme of enhanced corporate governance," the company said.
