Singapore Exchange （"SGX"） yestday announced the listing of XinRen Aluminum Holdings Limited （"XinRen"） on the Mainboard, under the ticker symbol "XAH SP".
XinRen is a producer of primary aluminium products in China. It is principally engaged in the smelting and sale of primary aluminium in the form of ingots and plates, the fabrication of primary aluminium and the sale of value-added products such as aluminium sheets, coils and foils, and trading in alumina and primary aluminium products sourced from third parties.
"We welcome XinRen to the Singapore Exchange family. XinRen will be our first aluminium producer listing from China, and will add to the range of manufacturing companies listed on SGX. Our investors can look forward to more investment choices as the breadth and depth of our listed companies grow with more of such listings,” said Mr Lawrence Wong, Head of Listings, Singapore Exchange.
Based on its IPO price, XinRen Aluminum Holdings has a market capitalisation of S$604 million. Its listing will increase the number of listed companies from China on SGX to 159.
