International Aluminum Corporation (the “Company”) a manufacturer of diversified lines of quality aluminum and vinyl products, today announced that it and its U.S. subsidiaries have successfully emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The Company has filed a notice of the effective date of its Plan of Reorganization (the “Plan”), which was confirmed on April 30, 2010, with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
As previously announced, the Company will now be called International Architectural Group LLC as part of a newly formed company pursuant to the Company’s Plan of Reorganization. The Company’s brands United States Aluminum, RACO Interior Products, International Window, and International Extrusion will retain their names and continue to provide the same products and services as before.

International Architectural Group LLC will continue to manufacture and sell high-quality aluminum and vinyl products. Customers, employees and other valued Company partners will not be affected by the new corporate structure.
