LONDON, March 26 (Reuters) - Global unwrought aluminium stocks fell to 1.229 million tonnes in February compared with a revised 1.265 million tonnes in January, provisional industry data showed on Friday.
Unwrought stocks stood at 1.638 million tonnes in February 2008, International Aluminium Institute (IAI) figures showed.
Total aluminium smelter stocks excluding finished end-products fell to 2.272 million tonnes at the end of February from a revised 2.296 million tonnes in January.
