Unwrought aluminium stocks in January - IAI

Reuters reported that unwrought aluminium stocks rose to 1.263 million tonnes in January compared with 1.203 million tonnes in December.

Provisional data from International Aluminium Institute figures showed that unwrought stocks stood at 1.69 million tonnes in January 2009. Total aluminium smelter stocks excluding finished end products rose to 2.293 million tonnes at the end of January from 2.227 million tonnes in December.
