BHUBANESWAR, India, Jan 30 (Reuters) - India's state-run National Aluminium Co Ltd (NALCO) , has issued a tender to export 4,500 tonnes of aluminium ingots, company sources said on Saturday.
Bids have to be submitted by Feb 8. The metal will be shipped in three lots of 1,500 tonnes each from March.
NALCO, whose tenders serve as an international benchmark, last sold 6,000 tonnes of aluminium ingots to Swiss trading firm Glencore on Jan. 19 at $82 per tonne premium over the average LME cash price on cost and freight basis.
