Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited (provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2009 and for convening an Extra Ordinary General Meeting to approve by a special resolution the scheme of merger of India Foils Ltd. with the Company as proposed in the Modified Draft Rehabilitation Scheme (MDRS) of India Foils Ltd. ordered by the Hon'ble Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) vide order dated January 01, 2010 for circulation under Section 19 of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.
The stock closed the day at Rs.368, down by Rs.12.20 or 3.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.385 and low of Rs.366.10.
