India NALCO sold aluminium ingots at $86.75/T premium

BHUBANESWAR, India, Nov 11 (Reuters) - India's National Aluminium Co Ltd (NALCO) sold 8,750 tonnes of primary aluminium ingots at a premium of $86.75 per tonne over the LME cash price on a CIF basis, a company source said on Wednesday. The buyer was European trading company Trafigura, said the official who has direct knowledge of the deal but could not be named due to company policy. NALCO, whose tenders serve as an international benchmark for prices, last sold aluminium ingots at a $85.58 a tonne premium over the LME cash price on a CIF basis last month, the same source had said.
