BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Oct. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Aleris International, Inc. named Stephen Stone vice president, Sales and Marketing of its Rolled Products North America business, effective today. Stone will lead all sales and marketing activities for aluminum rolled products, including mill-finish, coated and tread sheets, foil and plate for the automotive, building and construction, transportation, packaging, industrial products and distribution industries.
Stone joins Aleris from Cytec Industries, Inc., where he served most recently as vice president for the company's High Performance Industrial Materials, Performance Chemicals and Polymer Additive businesses, and as vice president of Sales and Customer Service for Cytec's Performance Specialties Division. Stone joined Cytec in 1989 and also held positions in finance, project management and engineering, as well as additional management and sales roles.

Stone holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College.
