Shareholders of Greece's Alumil aluminium approve 2008 dividend of 0.089 euros

Shareholders of Greece's industrial Alumil SA endorsed a dividend of 0.089 euros per share on 2008 earnings, management said in a statement. The company saw a 3.8% increase in gross profit in 2008 but EBITDA fell by 8.4% to 37 million euros on sales of over 285 million euros, down 0.9%. Net profit after tax and minorities declined by 50.3%.
