Glencore International AG purchase Asarco assets with Washington Company

Switzerland Glencore International AG said it plans to buy most of Asarco’s assets with Washington Company; Asarco is a copper explorer and has been broken. Glencore International AG spokesman Lottie Grenacher said: “we has submit profiles to Texas State Court.” Asarco parent company—Grupo Mexico said before they has expect to transform copper operation, it has sold its zinc assets to Glencore International AG one year ago. Asarco has submitted Bankrupt protection application to USA Bankrupt Court in 2005. Its labor union has made long time strike in that year.
