EU permits aluminum industry to postpone implement Co2 release policy

Europe released new greenhouse gas release policy. After weeks persuade and negotiation of government and commercial community, EU has permit aluminum, iron and steel, cement industry postponed to 2013 to implement the new policy. Detailed information will release on Thursday.
