UBS AG lowered aluminum, copper, zinc price predict

News said that UBS AG analyst lowered aluminum copper and zinc price predict because industry metal demand decline. UBS AG Analysts lead by JohnReade said in a report that world copper average price is $3/lb, fell 8% compare to former expectation. So, UBS AG lowered 23% of zinc predict price and 11% of aluminum price. In 2007 January, UBS AG has predicted copper price will be $7,165/ton in 2007, and actually average copper price is $7,139/ton. Analyst said metal weak demand may cause base metal market stable, and may fell in the first half 2008.
