EU plan to issue new emission program, aluminum industry may affect

Reports said that EU plan to strengthen greenhouse gas emission management. It has already drawn an instruction to extend its Europe emission transaction system to reduce waste gas emission. This instruction may affect heavy industry. Industries such as aluminum, ammonia are emitting large amount of carbon dioxide, which is the main greenhouse gas. European aluminum producers may not be able to offer the high cost results by this. This instruction will take effect from 2013. EU aim to reduce one fifth waste gas emit from 1990-2020.
