Holand Aluminum Manufacture Vimetco Plan to Build a Power Plant in Romania

Holand aluminum manufacture Vimetco said it has signed a contract wirth Interagro SA on build a power plant in Romania. Vimetco has involved Romania aluminum industry, including Alro smelter. This coal-fired plant’s initial capacity is 1,000 megawatts, and expected put into production in the year 2012. Part of its electricity will offer to Alro smelter. The primary aluminum output in last year is 262,000 ton.
