Mytilineos announced Endesa deal-absorbs Aluminium of Greece

Mytilineos announced the long-awaited deal with Endesa today before the opening. The agreement includes the establishment of a new entity in which Mytilineos will contribute its energy assets and Endesa will contribute cash. Mytilineos also announced its decision to absorb Aluminium of Greece and Delta Project.
