Mytilineos to absorb Aluminium of Greece and Delta Project

During Aluminium’s EGM that held yesterday, E. Mytilineos said that the holding company considers the absorption of Aluminium of Greece and Delta Project after the completion of the deal with Endesa. In other news, ALG shareholders failed to approve the cancellation of own shares (9.7% of total outstanding) due to lack of quorum.
