According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, China’s primary aluminum production amounted to 3.26 million tons in July, up by 7.4% from the same month a year ago while dropping by 0.9% compared to the previous month, which has slid for three consecutive months due to power shortages.
In July, China's daily average production of primary aluminum was around 105,200 tons, compared to 109,700 tons in the previous month.
