　　Investment amount: Jiangsu Bei Te Aluminum Alloy registered capital of RMB 200 million, of which Shanghai Beite Technology Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") invested 164 million yuan, holding 82% of shares; natural person Wang Zhanjun first Health contributed RMB 36 million and held 18% of shares
