In 2013, 273,000 tons electrolytic aluminum capacity will be eliminated.
In terms of accelerating the speed to eliminate the laggard capacity, the steel, cement and electrolytic aluminum industries should be the focus. Specific task of eliminating capacity should be given up to the related enterprises, and the list should be published. The laggard equipment and production line should be closed before September, and removed before December.
