CSR 150 open wagons which exported to Columbia has completed

A few days ago,China South Locomotive Changjiang Corporation  150 open wagons supplied for Columbia has finished,now has sent to shanghai port.

In November 2012 ,they start to trial product,Trial production of  lot size was finished in December.The open car body was aluminum alloy material,it has the main advantages of light deadweight，carrying capacity.The truck frame wheel tread was different from China-made car.The standard of design,manufacture,material and main components was completely used the United States similiar model standard.Riveting process was adopted,there are 150 rivets in the whole body,at the same time,it also brought the difficult in quality control.In addition,Chassis assembly accuracy of the car was very high,It's overall manufacturing difficulty was over than the same type aluminum alloy gondola car.
