The success of using the gangue for extracting alumina Liulin of Shanxi province,China

A few days ago,the commercial test of using the gangue for extracting alumina came off all right in the comprehensive utilization model park of gangue in Liulin country.

The comprehensive utilization of gangue is a major transition project of Liulin Country,researched and developed by the scientific research institution of Senze Company and Lingzhi Group.This project based on the 6,000,000 tons of gangue waste annually which lead to the wasting of land resources and risky pollution of environment.The feature of the technology is activated extracting energy,extracting aluminum in acid processing,extracting silicon in alkaline process,cyclic utilization and it makes the most use of heat in gangue while extracting aluminum metallicum ,iron and non-metallic silicon in high limit,realizes turning wast into wealth and making full use of it.It was learned that during the initial production ,50,000 tons of gangue can be digested,12,600tons of alumina and 17,500 tons of white carbon black can be extracted,annual output value of 108,000,000 yuan and annual taxation of profit of more than 60,000,000 yuan.
