The Ministry of Commerce has starting to seek opinions in public in terms of “The terms of Aluminum industry access(2012)”. This consultation refers to Bauxite, Alumina, Electrolytic Aluminum and Secondary, and the deadline to summit ideas is 8th Feb,2013.
This exposure draft revised on the basis of “The terms of Aluminum industry access (2007)”, aiming to quicken aluminum industrial upgrading, promote the sustained and coordinated development of aluminum industry, standard the production and management order of aluminum enterprises and make sure to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. When compared the two files,”The terms of Aluminum industry access(2012)” exposure draft raises higher demands on the enterprises’ energy consumption, resource consumption, quality, craft and equipment, and also put up technology demand on extracting alumina from fly ash.
