Chalco and Guangxi nonferrous metal’s joint venture established in Guangxi

July 19，the new company Rare Earth  Materials Company hold an establishment ceremony in Nanning. This new company was formed by the Aluminum Corporation of China, Guangxi Nonferrous Metals Group. and Rare Earth New Materials Co.and Grirem Advanced Materials Co.  Chalco was the largest shareholder in the joint venture.

It is reported that the joint venture will strive to achieve the goal that Going public within five years, and the parties plan to invest 2 billion yuan within three years.
