Aluminum Corporation of China (601600, 2600.HK) plans to establish a joint venture, Qinghai Chalco Gold, with Qinghai Yintian Geophysical Chemical Exploration, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

The joint venture will explore, purchase, process and sell precious metals and nonferrous metals.

Chalco expanded its business scope from aluminum to copper, rare earth and other related areas.
