China Minmetals, Heyuan Government Team Up To Dig Rare Earths

China Minmetals Corporation signed an agreement to jointly explore local mineral resources, especially rare earth resources, with the Heyuan municipal government, reports ET Net. Heyuan is a prefecture-level city, located in north-central Guangdong province, has rare earth serves that amount to more than 20 percent of total reserves in southern China.
