Aluminum Corp. of China Ltd. （601600 CH）: The country’s largest producer shut 10 percent of its aluminum- producing capacity after local governments implemented power restrictions, according to Heng Kun, a Shanghai-based analyst at Essence Securities Co. The shares declined 0.9 percent to 12.32 yuan.
