Alumil Milonas Aluminium Industry: Company΄s Name Alteration

ALUMIL MILONAS ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A. administration informs the investor?s public than on June 1st 2009 the Company?s Annual Shareholders Meeting decided, among other, to change the Company?s name to "ALUMIL ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A.", the Company?s distinctive title remains "ALUMIL S.A.". The Ministry of Development with its decision no. K2-6215/15/6/2009 approved the amendment of the relevant paragraph of the Company?s Articles of Association. The Hellenic Exchanges Board at its meeting on July 2nd 2009 was officially informed for the above mentioned decision. As a result of the above and as the Company decided, July 8th 2009 will be the date that the Company?s name at the Athens Stock Exchange will change to "ALUMIL ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A.", the Company?s distinctive title will remain "ALUMIL S.A.".
