Tokyo metal stocks likely to come in for another rough day, say traders; declines in base metal prices in London trading likely to roil nonferrous metal companies. Also, note Asian commodities names took pounding yesterday while Japanese markets enjoyed long weekend. Friday, Toho Zinc (5707.TO) slumped 7.4% to Y1,021 in wake of fall in metal prices; copper-linked shares likely to take beating, such as Sumitomo Metal Mining (5713.TO), which ended down 2.5% at Y1,456 Friday. Steel stocks may also come under pressure, although selling may prove to be good buying opportunity given lower raw material prices boost profitability, says trader at European brokerage. Steel stocks among worst performers Friday; Nippon Steel (5401.TO) slumped 5.4% to Y628.
